“Still publishing”

I’m still waiting for Second Death to publish on Kindle. One source said it takes 24 hours, but another said 48. It’s obviously the latter.

The print-on-demand version is nearly ready. I have one more formatting pass to do, and a cover to design. Dithering about whether to use the font in their template or change it, and also how to format the date headings. I’ll consult my friendly neighborhood editor. J, that would be you. 🙂

  • Thu, 07:10: Nope, network still down. Hard to do web work when I can’t get to anything.

New project

Hi, I’m Donna, and I’m obviously NOT a post-a-holic. It’s been far too long since my last post.

I made the decision to self-publish my first two novels. I know it’s not the ideal situation, but I originally wrote them about ten years ago, and have shopped them around on numerous occasions. Most recently, Dorchester opined (paraphrasing), "Almost, but not quite." So my current project is converting Second Death and The Source of Lightning to Kindle- and CreateSpace-friendly formats, to sell them myself.

I’ll detail more about the projects soon.
